The Art Gallery at The 567

The gallery is open 11 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday. Admission is free. The artwork changes monthly, with the opening reception for the new exhibit every First Friday, 6-9 pm. If you’d like to schedule a special tour for your group, let us know–we would be happy to accommodate you. Want to take a piece of art home with you? The work in most of our exhibits is available for purchase.

Currently on Exhibit: Art of the Academics (August 7-28)

The August exhibit at The 567 will be “Art of the Academics,” featuring work by faculty from Mercer University, Wesleyan College, and Middle Georgia State University. At the opening reception on August 7, 6-9 pm, you can see the new exhibit, meet the artists, and enjoy light refreshments. The exhibit will be on display August 7-28.

In addition to the art exhibit, The Chameleon Village Theatre Company will present their premier production, “Cope,” in the gallery during the reception. This short play about two sisters was written by Chameleon Village specifically with the gallery as the setting. For more information about Chameleon Village, visit
